Cherie has over twenty years of workplace health and safety, workers compensation and executive administration management experience across a broad range of industries, ranging from commercial construction, health, agriculture and insurance.

Working for small and large companies, Cherie is an accomplished and highly motivated health, safety and environmental professional.  A detailed-oriented team player and effective gatekeeper with highly developed communication skills, influencing strategies and relationship management skills.

Cherie was most recently a Health and Safety Manager for a national corporate health business, where she led the company’s Health and Safety strategic direction, and has held senior WHS roles in the construction and production and processing sectors since 2013. A key achievement in this space include the successful delivery of the Respiratory Protection Program throughout all health facilities, in conjunction with strategies outlined within outbreak management, reducing the risk of people in the workplace and exposure to Covid-19 and other infectious diseases.
