He is experienced with risk assessments, performance analysis systems, environmental awareness, WHS policy and procedure development and auditing. In addition to Dean’s HSEQ knowledge and experience, he holds strong skills in analysing datasets for business and board reporting and is versed in all facets of training and employee development.
