Donna is a database and systems advisor with GreenSquare Solutions, a leading HSEQ and AW (Animal Welfare) compliance service with proven success in providing high quality support and solutions.
She provides high level administrative support to executives, senior leaders, and the GreenSquare team, specifically around database management, contract management, report preparation, development of training materials and data analysis.
Donna has management accountability for exporting, analysing and reporting across 50+ agricultural properties, both to Boards and within businesses using spreadsheets, Lucidity systems, Safe Ag Systems, plant assessor and several other leading practice database products. Donna headed up the analysis and reporting program for the Corporate Agricultural Group on behalf of GreenSquare from 2017 – 2019. Donna provides a calm and thorough approach, and has a reputation for exploring and resolving complex needs, expectations, and goals. She is flexible and solution orientated.
