Shea holds a first class honours degree in Environmental Science and a diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, with his working knowledge coming from high profile operational roles with Rio Tinto and Great Southern Limited before focussing exclusively on corporate agribusiness consulting since 2012, who include Macquarie Group, Rewards Group, Qwil Investments, Auscott Limited, Hassad Australia, Rural Funds Management, Laguna Bay and Westchester Agriculture in all states and territories of Australia. Shea’s strengths lie in building, auditing and advising on management systems, managing regulatory compliance and in building capacity in WH&S, environmental and quality professionals.
