Most recently, at Viridis Ag’s Grange Farm, Tara played a key role in coordinating all aspects of HSE administration, including staff inductions, contractor compliance, equipment inspections, and training schedules. She successfully maintained and updated internal safety systems, onboarded casual and full-time staff, and ensured smooth communication between teams and external providers.
